ACCOMMODATIONS: Levy-East House offers luxurious Natchitoches, Louisiana lodging with four guest rooms, each with queen-size bed and private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower.

RATES: $125 to $200 based on double occupancy plus applicable tax. Rates are seasonal and subject to change.

CORPORATE RATES: $95 to $105- Sunday through Thursday only.

PAYMENT: Reservations may be guaranteed by full advance payment by check, cash or verifiable with VISA, MasterCard or American Express.

DEPOSIT: A 20% deposit is requested on all reservations over 30 days in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 20% cancellation fee for over seven days notice. Full payment due for less than seven days unless another guest 
       occupies your room.

RESTRICTIONS: The Levy-East House provides a smoke-free environment for our guests. Sorry, no accommodations for children or pets.

BREAKFAST: Full gourmet breakfast.

RECREATION & ACTIVITIES: The Bed & Breakfast is located acroos the street form Cane River Lake and near Sibley Lake, golf courses and tennis 
       courts. Streetcar tours and paddleboats on Cane River are also available. 
       During December, enjoy horse and carriage rides through the Natchitoches 
       Landmark Historic District.

ATTRACTIONS: Antique shops, Historic Homes, Old Courthouse Museum, Cane River Plantation Homes, Kisatchie National Forest,  
       Briarwood, the Caroline Dormon Nature Preserve, Natchitoches National 
       Fish Hatchery Aquarium, St. Denis Walk of Fame, Bayou Pierre Gator Park 
       and Show, St. Augustine Catholic Church (location of wedding in Steel 
       Magnolias) and Cemetery, Fort St. Jean Baptiste, State Commemorative Area, 
       Rebel State Commemorative Area, Kate Chopin Home/Bayou Folk 
       Museum, Cane River National Heritage Area and sites from the filming of 
       the movie Steel Magnolias.
