The antique bed has been enlarged and is draped with a designer fabric crown canopy from ceiling to floor. A marble top dresser and armoire complete the bedroom suite. The warm burgundy walls give this room a very romantic feeling and it is the favorite of many newlywed couples. Recently completed renovation of the third floor provides two more outstanding guest rooms. Enjoy a respite in this beautiful Vintage Rose Suite with an enlarged antique walnut bed and dresser (circa 1850), which have been in Judy's family for over 100 years. A parlor with a large television/VCR and wet bar area provide a lovely private sitting area for those staying in one of these two suites on the third floor. The rooms can be reserved separately or as a suite for couples traveling together. The Cottage Suite is fashioned after an English Cottage and is furnished with beautiful wicker furniture. While relaxing on this queen-size bed with its designer fabric duvet cover and pillows, enjoy the view of the century old magnolia tree right outside of your window. After a day of shopping in the Natchitoches Historic District or touring Cane River Plantations, return to The Cottage Suite to sip on a glass of cream sherry or enjoy a leisure bath in your private Jacuzzi tub.
